Keeping up with technology

Technology is continually updating and NIS are always at the cutting edge of technology. We have a SMS text message system to notify clients when repair items have been returned to a manufacturer or are awaiting parts.

This system was introduced at the request from our customers, and NIS invested in the technology to adapt our database systems to cope. It allows our customers to quickly keep in touch with what is going on and receive messages on the move.
